The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

liki55 does not warrant that the Site will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the platform at your own risk.

liki55's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms and the use of the platform, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to liki55 in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content on the liki55 platform — including but not limited to the liki55 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of liki55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the liki55 platform solely for your personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
